Used to be able to just click on the map and edit the new tag.
I am not seeing any new commands or shortcuts for this.
Release notes do not mention it changing.
Existing tags can still be viewed and clicked on to edit. They can be toggled on and off with the new button for that.
I just do not know how to make new ones anymore.

Chart tags are now placed by clicking the add-tag button on the right side of the screen.

Personally, having been used to the old method, I don't think the new tag implementation is "better". However, for new players, I reckon it's more obvious.
