[0.18.35] Explosives Icon Blurry

The explosives/cliff explosives icon, specifically the circles on the left side, look blurry and hurt my eyes at certain zoom levels.

Steps to reproduce:

• Open game
• Look at explosives icon

or

• Open explosives.png
• Set zoom level anywhere from ~75% - 275%
• Look at second-largest icon

This is on a monitor with 1920 x 1080 resolution, 531mm x 299mm large, 96 dpi, 60 Hz refresh rate.

I am sorry, I just don't see it. The second largest version looks even crisper to me than the largest one.

I think it has to do with the large number of small holes next to each other, which bothers some people more than others
