"energy-weapons-damage-1" technology is dependent on "laser" and "military-science-pack" while "laser-shooting-speed-1" is only dependent on "laser".
This is surprising since they effect the same entities and equipment (laser turret, distractor and personal laser defense), cost exactly the same, and the only difference is the kind of effect they have (laser damage vs laser shooting speed).
I would expect either both or neither be dependent on military-science-pack.
Not sure if you consider this to be a bug and I know that there has been quite a lot of discussion around this topic in the past. Just wanted to be sure that you are aware of it and intended it to be that way.
