[1.0.0] No Radar, Still discovering new chunks (SOLVED)

I used deleteemptychunk mod to reduce +100mb save game file. But after deletion of empty chunk it still discovers new chunks starting from further areas. It drives me crazy and still cant find a solution. I once used moarradar mod but it long time ago. Tried disabling all mods still discovering new chunks without any radar, and it discovers very fast like there is 100 radar around. I used RSO mod to generate resources and it disabled long time ago.

I tried disabling all mods.

I tried shuting down all electricity.

I tried deleting empty chunks couple of times.

Thanks for the report however this isn't a bug. The chunks have been queued to be generated and scanned when you placed the radar down and that's still saved in the save file.

You can un-do that with:
