[1.1.2] Transport line groups are not consistent
Re: V1.1.2 Transport line groups are not consistent
Without a save file there is not much i can do. I know about some cases where this message shows (mainly around undergrounds with overlapping ghosts) but i cannot verify this based on currently given details.
Re: V1.1.2 Transport line groups are not consistent
Apologies, it makes sense that you need the data to determine the issue.
I attached the saves
The main game is 'big base begin' (I'm bad at making up names)
All three autosaves have the same issue

Re: [1.1.2] Transport line groups are not consistent
Do you have some clues what was happening around this underground at {50, -181} in the mall? Were there any upgrades applied or blueprint of mall placed on top of existing one?

Re: [1.1.2] Transport line groups are not consistent
Only sane explanation i have for what happened here is this:
When this map was being played in 1.1.0 you placed underground belt ghosts on top of underground belts as there was an issue that allowed to do that (for example by stamping blueprint of that mall on top of existing mall that had different tier of undergrounds). When you opened that save file in 1.1.2 fix was applied that removes underground belt ghosts that are overlapping real undergrounds but belts were not merged properly (missing migration). Assuming this map was played fresh in 1.1.2 (no save-loads in between in that version) state of those belts while playing in 1.1.2 was disconnected but this state is not saved so when any of those autosaves were loaded, there was no longer ghost, belts connected (during loading) with undergrounds and the consistency check detected that this connection was not there before. Those save files will fix themselves in 1.1.3 because of the group migration that is applied between every releases (or when changing mods) if they would for any reason become inconsistent.
There is not much i can do as there was already bunch of fixes for undergrounds spread along every release of 1.1. Main part is those saves will be playable in 1.1.3.

Re: [1.1.2] Transport line groups are not consistent
Probably I stamped an upgrade of that blueprint there at some point yeah, so there might be a ghost there.
Good to know that it will be resolved in 1.1.3
Would it be resolved maybe If I would load a mod into the game once?

Re: [1.1.2] Transport line groups are not consistent
Yes, when mod is loaded there is a lot that could happen that would change groups so i had to make it to fix groups consistency. In case of loading in the same version without changes in mods check is required becuase in case of MP it would cause desyncs immediately anyway. With mod you would have to resave it to get fixed version in 1.1.2
