[posila][1.1.1] No "Color" tooltip in train stop GUI

[posila][1.1.1] No "Color" tooltip in train stop GUI

When you hover over the pipette in the train stop GUI there is no tooltip saying "Color". Same goes for the character. This tooltip exists in the spidertron and locomotive.
