Long Description - Story

With this mod you can built with the Lithium polymer accumulator a new accumulator. This accumulator has a capacity of 17.5 MJ, a maximum input flow of 900 kW and a maximum output flow of 750 kW.
To build the new accumulator you need among other things the new intermediate products lithium plate and graphite.
To produce lithium plate, you have to min the new resource lithium ore and smelt it in an electric furnace.
You can also use the new lithium polymer cell to produce personal lithium polymer batteries as equipment. MK1 and MK 2 have the same capacity as the original personal batteries but only need a 1x1 grid space. The MK3 personal lithium polymer battery has a grid size of 1x2 but a higher capacity.

Regarding bugs, hopefully there will be few crashes and loading failures. I have solved all of these that I found by my local testing. Interaction with other mods is almost wholly untested.
