[1.0.0] Barrel without fluid icon in ALT mode on chests and filters

What did you do?

ALT-mode and set barrelled fluid on filter inserter or only one item in chest.

What happened?

On filter inserter or in chest storage we see bare barrel graphics without any information of recipe. Solid fuels are in output the same item, but barreled fluids- not.



What did you expect to happen instead?

See full recipe information icon on filter and item in storage.

This is not main problem in vanillia Factorio but when mods add more fluids, similar barrel colors are not sufficent.

This is not a bug, you see an item not recipe.

It shows the item, not the recipe: this is a suggestion, not a bug.

Items and recipes have different icons. The filter inserter filters by items, not recipes. What do you expect to see when there are 10 recipes that make the same item – the icon of the item, or the icon of one (arbitrary?) recipe that happens to make that item?

Hmm, not a bug. Sure. Your right.

But how to recognize which barrel conatins which fluid? I know, a modder problem.

Left - crafting, right - filter

you can always search via magnifying glass (ctrl+F) whenever you need to select any one of them, even if they all look the same
