Hello,
I have a copper field but it is across a small lake and all my other mats are on the opposite side so I was wondering instead of running back and forth now that I have electric can I transport or convey the copper to my side either across or under the water?
thanks

Without mods: Use Landfill to make a bridge. Just know that it's gonna be expensive. Or run a railway all the way around the lake, this should usually be less expensive but it technically does not answer the question
With mods: Use boats, tunnels, planes, teleporters or just shoot it across.

Conveyor belts work withput electicity (which is rather friendly). Place electric miners on the copper and have them drop onto the belt. Maybe see a beginners video on youtube to get the idea.

This is the usual answer, but considering he apparently is currently running on foot to shuttle the resources I think we are still firmly in the territorry of "loop around with conveyors"Optymistyk wrote: ↑Sun Nov 15, 2020 12:53 pmWithout mods: Use Landfill to make a bridge. Underground belts can reach a small distance underwater.

Just to clarify on that: They can reach whatever their max range is. There's no special "underwater" limitation.wobbycarly wrote: ↑Mon Nov 16, 2020 8:29 amUnderground belts can reach a small distance underwater.
And yea, bridges it is.

Thanks for the clarification - of course they reach their max range, but this is likely to be relatively small in relation to the expanse of the water to cross!eradicator wrote: ↑Mon Nov 16, 2020 11:06 amJust to clarify on that: They can reach whatever their max range is.
