[Not a bug] Pipe-to-ground plays running fluid sound when empty
Modded and un-modded pipe-to-grounds play the "running fluid" sound that pipes make, even when they contain no fluid at all.

Re: [1.0.0] Pipe-to-ground plays running fluid sound when empty
Ugh. Scratch this, probably not a bug. Turns out I was adding a working_sound to all pipes without realising. Vanilla p-2-g doesn't define a working_sound for underground pipes. Sorry.

No problem, its really simple fix (feature request?). Implemented this for 1.1.
