[Oxyd] [0.17.71] Biters and Spitters not attacking after shot with artillery

Close, of course, but the problem was not particularly solved.
There are more and more stuck nests on my map. Version 1.0.0

and there are more and more such "nests".
They certainly do not bother, but the UPS falls because of them when there are hundreds and tens of thousands of them
