Right click with deconstruction planner to blacklist items.

Just as we are able to right click to downgrade with the upgrade planner, I suggest that right click should invert the whitelist/blacklist for deconstruction planners. This would eliminate the need for inverse planners and add some convenience/QOL to the game.

That's okay: I believe it was added in 1.0 or the update right before that. This is why I always read the patch notes.

Oh hell yes please. I actually do use inverted pairs of decon planners.

I have made a mod to solve this issue and more. I never released it, but maybe it's time I polished and released it now?
