Left click not working properly

So I just recently started playing 1.0 and everything was fine i played for like 3 hours with no problems at all.
Today i upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 and when i started playing the game I noticed that my left click doesn't work as it should and I have to click multiple times to place something or take something from the inventory. I tried mousepad and even a different mouse but the problem still persists. Sometimes it takes 2 clicks sometimes even 5 or more to place something

If you had attached a logfile, maybe someone would be able to tell you if some errors or warning show up with Factorio.
