[kovarex] [0.18.10] Tooltips when paused (and small things)

With "tooltip at cursor" option
when saving game (and hovering over entity)
its tooltip after saving gets displayed at 1,1px, still under paused game dialog
(whole screen grayed, but tooltip there bright in corner)
(no screen for this one)

also, funny thing happens with tooltip, when:
game saved, quit, removed mods, and then on game load is "Migrated content" window.
Tooltip keeps moving by cursor (even when im not ingame yet).
One time I'm not sure how to reproduce this but I was able to look at every different entity on screen, and get changing tooltips.

when placing new miner (electric drill)
with option: interface > tooltips on side > unchecked
there is no tooltip by the cursor telling which and how much resources it can mine here

beacon tooltip has no "effect area"
I wasnt using beacons for a long time
and even back then, only a little
but now I decided to go high on modules 8-) anyway I need to craft it and see the area it gives.
(but why no info in tooltip) :?

Thanks for the report.
I personally use the combination of tooltip time=Never and use shift to only activate the tooltip on demand, so I never encountered these.

Anyway, I made a fix, that whenever modal window like this appears, the tooltip will not be shown.

Fixed for 1.1
