[1.0] Vanilla desync when loading blueprint

The desync is repeatable: I would include a save, but can't load the world to join and save. To desync, create a copy of this blueprint while it is in the library:

I also crashed upon loading the save.

Cannot reproduce any desyncs with given blueprint string and provided steps.
