game crashes whenever i launch it

i've been trying to get the game to work, but whenever i launch it, a black screen appears, then, 2 errors occur, and then the game crashes.

i've done that already when i was trying to fix the game, but it didn't work

Stupid question: have you tried re-downloading and re-installing the game? Maybe, the first time the download was corrupted, or some files got corrupted afterwards? Unfortunately that can happen at times.

I've seen some threads with device removed or device reset on the forum in the past :

Maybe the fix provided in one of them will match your issue ?

i've tried some of the solutions, but still didn't work.

i tried using both the steam version and the website version, and none worked.

Try using OpenGL.

Without being able to sit and physically test different things at your computer: based off the log file and the hardware you have I suspect that your computer is just too old to run the game correctly.

Has it ever worked on that computer?

yeah, before upgrading to windows 10, the game was working normally, and tbh, i've never faced a problem with it

until i did upgrade last week

and in fact, all the games are broken in my pc rn, i didn't manage to run a single game until now.
but each game has it's different reason, so that's why i asked for help here

Sounds like drivers. You may have to go the manufacturer's website of any devices that are using generic Windows drivers.

ello dere again.

since that i didn't really find something useful here, i've been trying to fix the issue by myself, asking some people, and reading some articles on the internet. unfortunately, nothing did work out until now, i've been trying everything i was suggested to do, but nothing changed.

i want to clear out that this problem doesn't only happen for factorio. basically, actually most games don't work on this pc, and every game that uses the unity engine won't work. the only game that i have been able to run was minecarft
