My smart inserter issue

hello there, i have alittle problem with my inserters...
if i set the number for the condition, they only start working when its over that number not under.

its kinda a small post but thats basicly everything

is there a way to have both conditions? over x and under x???

Click the > symbol to change it to under.

oh god... i was blind...

i red thro that wiki post atleast 3 times and noticed nothing after 2 days i decided to post...
