Changing the "N/A"in the logistic requests to more useful things

When requests are disabled, the mouseover should say that instead of "N/A"

What ?

• The number one question on reddit is "why are my logistic bots not working"? I think everyone has been there. You die or disable requests manually and then you wonder why stuff isn't coming in. I think every single new player gets confused by this at least once. So why not change the "N/A" in the mouseover to display either "item not available", "outside roboport range" or "requests disabled"? Seems like a very easy fix for a thing that bugs a lot of new players.
