Let Inserter not grab item when placing them.

Hi,

the mod says, it's not a bug, it's an idea, so I write it here again.

What:
When I place an inserter, it grabs immediately an item. In my case, often it's a wrong one and I have to delete the inserter to get rid of the wrong item.

Solution:
Let the inserter not grab immediately things. OR: let me grab that wrong item, e.g. with pressing key "F" and hoovering the mouse over.

Build the building first, and place the inserter after. In that case, the inserter will on ly gram things the building needs.

Notre: if a building without a recipe is there, the inserter won't grab anything until the building gets a recipe.

This is also true of ghost buildings.
