Temporary buffs to logging and mining everytime you mine/log

So you want to cut down a bunch of trees but it's really slow cutting them down one at a time. Keep that initial slowness but cut down the tedium if a player has to harvest multiple trees. Implement a stacking and refreshing buff (5 minutes or so) that increases the speed you cut down trees each time you cut down a tree. Do the same with rocks; chop one rock, get a buff that increases the speed of you chopping rocks. Have it stack like 20 times and increase your chopping speed by 20% for each stack.

It sound neat, but rather for something like minecraft and not factorio. There is simply no point in adding this since game already has grenades, rock explosives and drones for those tasks.

This would be a relatively easy mod to write, and I'd probably use it if it existed and wasn't too outrageous.
