In the editor, with instant deconstruction enabled, attempting to deconstruct a miner that has mined all of its resources (and is thus now in an illegal placement) leaves it marked for deconstruction instead of instantly deconstructed.

Thanks for the report however that's not what is happening. You already have those marked for deconstruction and so selecting them again does not run the deconstruct code a second time.
