Add some QoL things to the Error Loading Mods menu

TL;DR

Add a button to go to the Manage Mods menu in the Error Loading Mods screen and add the gradient onto that screen

there is no option to go to this menu from there, sometimes you'll want to if the error screen asks you to disable more mods than you have to and you only have the options to either turn off all mods or all of the ones listed

the gradient on the loading screen is absent on the error screen please fix, the game is literally unplayable due to this

This isn't likely to ever happen. The GUI requires several game prototypes to successfully load to get to that screen and the error state means none of those are loaded.

It would be possible to have a separate “mod updater”, that runs before game starts. That seems to be relatively simple in my eyes.
