I noticed a spelling error in the main Informatron screen, the one that automatically appears when you start a Tutorial (campaign) level.
The text reads:
"Pages are build when requested and..."
It should read:
"Pages are built when requested and..."
I have attached a screenshot to make it easier to locate.

This is basically a 'boiler plate' mod that allows you to create your own instructions for your own mod or anything else. There is documentation in the mod that shows you what you need to know.
Since it is such a simple fix, it might be best for you to unzip the mod, and fix it yourself.
I would tend to only create a bug for things that would cause the mod and/or game to crash or work incorrectly.
Please note that for many mod authors, English is not their primary language so spelling and grammer may not be what you might expect.
