[1.0.0] "Couldn't initialize Steam API" when starts game

Hi!
When i starts the game from Steam Library i get а message "Couldn't initialize Steam API. Steam-related features are disabled.Restaring Stean usually fixes this issue." I have restarts the Steam client several times but I get the same error. Other games work with the Steam client without problems. There are no log files in the folder C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Factorio

Are you using any custom files to re-skin steam? Or are you using any beta version of steam?

If you uninstall steam and re-install does the issue persist?

I have the last release version of the Steam client installed, not beta (see attachment). I don't have any customizations. I only use standard profile skins from Steam. I reinstalled the Steam client as you suggested, but nothing changed. The message appears again when the game starts.

I noticed that the Steam client is tracking the time spent in the game (this can be seen in the screenshot). But progress on achievements is not updated.

Sorry, but then I don't know what would be causing this for you. All we do is call the steam API init function and if it says it failed it's outside of our control.

Do you have any other computer you can test on?

Hi!

I found the reason for the error. Antivirus COMODO Internet Security Premium put the program in a isolated container and blocked network connections for it
When I removed the isolation rule everything worked fine. Sorry to bother you, i completely forgot about the antivirus.
