Access Copy/Paste clipboard/history blueprints from API

I am trying to create a mod that will display the current copied clipboard blueprints so that selection of a clipboard blueprint is easier than using Ctrl + V and then Shift + mouse wheel.

Is there any API functionality to access the clipboard/history blueprint stack?
