Sulfuric acid recipe requires heavy oil in raw total

When looking in the Chemical Plant, the recipe for Sulfuric acid shows it as needing 150 heavy oil in the total raw resources section. I believe this is because it sees that sulfuric acid needs sulfur, which needs petroleum, which can be cracked from heavy oil, and thus it thinks that heavy oil is required to get sulfuric acid. Not a huge problem, but it would be nice if it just showed sulfur instead.
