[0.18.42] Scroll Position resetting to top in Blueprint dialog

While modifying blueprint positions within a blueprint book, if you pick up a blueprint while scrolled down the list, the list will reset to the top. If you are trying to modify position of blueprints 'lower' in the dialog, this means you have to pick up the blueprint, scroll, drop it in position, scroll again, pickup the next, etc.

Having the scroll position not reset when you pick up individual blueprints would make handing prints easier. Or, having a way to insert a blueprint into the existing order instead of having to shuffle them around individually, such as 'hold shift to drop blueprint -here- in the order.'
