Ghost item can not be "Q" away

I recently noticed after the update that when pressing Q on an item to grab that item from inventory, but you have none of that item(Creating a ghost). Then you can not remove the ghost with Q again. It is stuck in placing mode for the ghost. Have to grab another item (not with Q) in order for it to go away.

Hopefully you can understand what I meant by that
