[0.18.36] Factorio Thinks I'm Using Mousewheel Down (Resolved)

When I opened up a game it immediately started zooming out. Even when I zoomed back in it would start zooming back out. I thought it might have been something with my wireless mouse itself so I zoomed in and turned it off but it still zoomed out. I tried to see if it was something with a mod I had on, so I turned them all off and opened up a new game but it still persisted. I even opened up my internet browser and found a mouse button tester, and the mouse worked fine. It's only in Factorio. I've changed the related hotkeys, but it's really only a workaround.

Also, it didn't try to scroll when I was in the controls menue, but thought I was scrolling when changing the hotkeys.

I unplugged and replugged my mouse and it fixed the issue.
