Dedicated Server Commandline?

I followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46gQ_frQF20&t=708s to make a server and have created all the files. Now When I try to start the server it is booting up factorio as a whole not a server? Is there a commandline I need to use to prevent that?
