[0.18.32] Crash on Startup (Fixed): Error Util.cpp:83: No pictures to put in atlas.

On startup, progress reaches 40% and a error dialog box pops up saying "No pictures to put in atlas." Clicking OK ends the program. See attached log file.

Shutdown computer, restarted and tried again with same results.
Uninstalled game and reinstalled. Same results.
Rolled back to [0.18.31] in Properties - Beta and game started OK.
Switched Beta in Properties to "Latest". 42.15MB download processed.
And... game loaded just fine.

Maybe this will help someone with a similar problem.

Thanks for the report.
My best guess why this happened is that some files got corrupted and switch versions back and forth redownloaded them.
