[0.18.24+] power output display bug

For some reason i have this bug (found in 0.18.24, reproduced in 0.18.25): power output of power plant is 900 kW, but power grid maximum is 960 kW. This is not fixable by moving power line/generator and every new generator adds about 960 kW (2 generators gives maximum 1.9 MW, and 4 is 3.8 MW) to the total.
Also in case of overload in network (consumption is more than production), maximum shows correctly.

My bad. Same behaviour are shows in sandbox scenario, so maybe it's not scenario related
