offline saves overwritten when steam synced

offline saves overwritten when steam synced

I was playing offline for some time and when i fixed my wifi and connected, i saw that the save's were the same name but a way much older version of them. Is there any way to get back the newest ones? I think it might be due to steam sync, but i'm not completely sure.
