[0.18.22] Stack inserter arms are visible through rockets

Stack inserter arms can be seen "in front" of a rocket while it's launching where all other items (even the base of the inserters) are shown "behind it" as one would expect.

1. What did you do? - Stood there and watched a rocket launch .
2. What happened? - I saw the inserter arms (but nothing else) through the rocket as shown above .
3. What did you expect to happen instead? - To NOT see the inserter arms through the rocket as shown above. .
