[UX/QOL] Hover over worded explanations of math operators

A small request for UX/QOL to help cognitive functions when playing for an extended period and not being able to remember any math operators.

When using math operators on inserters and combinators, have the wording or a short explanation when hovering over the command.



The orange selected option should hover over as: Less than, and similar explanations for the others.

Well, from UI perspective: a pop up, with a pop up. Well I can imagine, that this might be useful. But the first pupup will overlap with the second item input.

Instead: an info button (like in the configuration settings) behind the second input, which pops up and explains, what can be done here with link to the wiki.
