Only I can connect to my OVH hosted headless server

Just moved from Creeperhost to an OVH dedi and installed factorio ontop of a pterodactyl panel. It works fine for me but the 2 other people I was playing with no longer can connect. They are able to ping the server from cmd and they are able to connect to other servers but just not mine. Also if I make the game public it will synchronize the mods but still won't let them connect.

There is NOTHING in the logs whatsoever. and from what I can tell they aren't blocking the IP to the server.

I was able to fix it by turning off the Game Firewall on the OVH dedi
