[0.18.17] show-transport-line-gaps only works when there are items on the left side of the belt

[0.18.17] show-transport-line-gaps only works when there are items on the left side of the belt

The Debug option "show-transport-line-gaps" only works for the right side of a belt when there are also items on the left side of the belt.
