Is there a way to determine how much PC "overhead" I still have?

I am playing on a new computer (old one couldn't handle my megabase anymore) and, so far, my UPS/FPS sits nicely at 59-60. I know that UPS is capped at 60 but I am wondering how much "margin" I now have for growth. Is there some way to display/determine the "growth potential" I now have. Maybe by uncapping the UPS or some other method.
Appreciate any insights.

The ups increase will show you how close you are to your performance limit.
