I'm standing next to a roboport with a chest with express transport belts nearby, as shown in the image. There are available robots and the roboport is powered, but the item is not supplied.
I have sufficient inventory space.
None of my items are being delivered across the whole network. Construction robots still seem to work like normal though.
I have tried turning the game on and off a couple of times, doesn't help. I have tried breaking and replacing the robotport which also does not seem to help.
I've added the savefile as an attachment. I also noted that some pipes weren't transporting fluids, this was fixed by breaking the pipe and then adding it back in. Not sure if these two problems are related. The pipe-problem was present shortly after i noticed that the logistic robots stopped working.
(note that i was going for the "Logistic network embargo" achievement, which is why requestor/provider chests are not present at all.)
