[0.18.15] Graphic Issue - Refined Concrete ontop of Concrete

Hi, I think I have found a graphical issue regarding Concrete and Refined Concrete.


When you place Refined Concrete on top of Concrete there is a weird cut-in from the edges of the Refined Concrete.

This happens both when you place the Refined Concrete first and then place Concrete around it - as well as when you place the Concrete first and then the Refined Concrete.

Again, it only occurs at the edges of the Refined Concrete not for the middle section of say a 3 wide 1 long layer of Refined Concrete.

Thanks for the report, however caused by a mod that incorrectly modifies vanilla tile definitions.
