While there was an unnecessary gap on the top already before, this gap got now even bigger. Personally i'd also prefer it not to have any gap to the top just as any other gui alements, too.

This GUI hasn't been polished, and as far as I can tell, the padding is in the style.
Moving to not a bug (we might fix it if/when we do those top corner GUI styles, like the rocket silo stats too)
