Game Website Key issue

I recently bought Factorio(website key) and everything was fine. I typed my credit card information, payment was successful, I got email with my order ID. BUT, when I tried upgrade my membership with that code, it doesn't work. It says "Upgrade code not found." I tried to type it few hours later and still no change. I don't know what Am I supposed to do in this situation. This never happened to me before with any other product. Does anyone know what to do/how to fix this?
