[????] Unaccessable Oil

Oil can spawn in a way that makes it unaccessable because every possible output is blocked by other pumpjacks. Could easily be fixed by increasing the possible outputs from 4 to 8.

Thanks for the report however I don't consider this worth trying to fix. Ore generation is random and if this happens, then just don't use that patch. The complexity to try to avoid something like this just isn't worth it.
