[0.18.6] bug walking animation

I can't seem to find the reason why, but a recent save (only 10 hours in) started having problems with the walking animation, the character still moves but he is slower than usual and it looks like he stopping for less than half a second, i tried to make a new map/save and it didn't go away, the only way to remove it is to go to a prior version of the game.

Are you using any mods? If so, turn them off/delete them.

I have downloaded mods but I turned all off to get the achievments, I am already rendenring the recording, I will post a link as soon as it is done

This bug happens in both this save and new maps that I try to make

This looks as if your key press is interrupted. I'd test if this is is the same in other applications like a text editor.

I just tested it, if a press a button, it appears one time and after what feels to be half a second it starts to work, it looks like I need a new keyboard, but thanks for the help
