Guys, I bought the game. Connect with a friend, everything is fine, but when we approach the mobs or a friend myself (I’m the host), he starts to lag, just friezes, but everything is fine with me.
created a new game - he became the host. It began to lag with me. settings did not change. what is the problem?

try looking at debug output for multiplayer statistics to determine if your FPS or UPS are dropping, if buffers or jumps are climbing, and start from there.
