Sure thing. From what I know this is just waiting on the GUI rework efforts, so hopefully we'll begin to see these kinds of changes soon.

I edit mods religiously to fix compatibility issues, change parameters, remove/add data. Anyways my scroll bar is back, never removed any mods. Not sure if that helps. But it seems like specific mods may be causing this problem.
