Desaturate icons in data stage

Post by raiguard »

Editor Extensions uses all vanilla icons for its cheat items. I make them distinguished by applying a purple "infinity tint" to them, so they're very obviously not normal. However, some of the icons I am using (the underground belt, specifically) looked absolutely horrible with the infinity tint, so I took an image editor and turned them to grayscale so the tint would look right.

My request is: could we get an option for this in the data stage, that is applied before a tint? That way I wouldn't have to include any entity or item icons in the mod whatsoever. By setting it to grayscale, then applying a tint, all of the infinity items could look nice and uniformly purple, without any assets on my part.

Thanks!
