[18.4] Syncing mods with save from other computer?

"Load game" is missing from the title screen, so I can't sync mods with a save unless I continue/start a new game and go to "Load Game" in the menu.

There was never "Load game" on title screen. It used to be Play -> Load game, now it is Single player -> Load game.
