Add "camera zoom level" to save file

It dawned upon me that, after failing 20 runs towards an enemy city, the first thing I'd always do after loading my savegame was zoom out again to combat levels of sight. In a game as automatic as this, it should probably be remembered in the save file.

I'd file this as a bug, as it feels like one, but it's actually a missing feature.

Basically, when you save the game, and then load it, the zoom level is reset to default, which when you're in a battle or in a moving vehicle, is oftentimes way too zoomed in. So please store and restore the user specified zoom level.

The game doesn't remember the camera zoom level when you save/quit/restart. Very annoying to find the camera zoomed all the way in every time I start the game. Not a huge issue, but should be something that's included with the save file, I would think.

I also would like, that the zoom level is saved inside the save file. If I reload a save, most of the time I have to adjust it.
Esp. because I want to retry a certain phase multiple times.
