Apply for more rights to wiki

Hello! My friends and I are editing the Chinese translation of Wiki. As the organizer, I hope to get more rights to Wiki in case of some inescapable mistakes. Thanks a lot!

Yeah, I am doing that myself, especially the translation of instructions and templets :D
